Our Shipping Policy and Shipping Information
Shipping Costs:
We charge a symbolic price of $12.00 for shipping, irrelevant of how large your order may be.
Tracking:
We ship our products from various logistic centers located in Europe and India, generally by International Registered Airmail, which means that you receive a tracking number which confirms shipping and delivery dates. Depending on your location, you may need to sign for delivery. Should you not be available, a notification will be put in your postbox notifying you that you have a package waiting for you to pick up from your local post office or other delivery service.
You can use your tracking number to track the progress of your order. As we ship with national carriers, you will most likely find tracking information by visiting your national postal service website - for example:

Delivery time:
Delivery times vary according to your location, and even time of year, but generally orders sent by Registered Airmail should arrive in between 10 to 21 business days.
Where possible, some orders are shipped by EMS Shipping (Express Mail) and with this service the shipping time is between 7 to 10 business days. Unfortunately it is not available for all destinations.
Our Shipping Policies:
- Orders are not processed over the weekend and/or holidays
- We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers
- We DO ship to APO's
- Orders are generally processed (from the time your payment is received) within 48 hours if made on a regular weekday
- In certain instances, there may be a delay in processing your order if the payment details or shipping address need to be confirmed
- Orders of more than 120 pills or 28 Gels will be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days
- If your country is not listed when you place an order, please contact us, as there are some countries that we cannot ship to at present, due to customs regulations.
- We are not responsible for the import laws or levies in your country, and payment will not be refunded if an order is stopped by customs. In most cases we will reship the order a second time at our expense.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, we will reship at our expense, unless the shipping address you provided when placing your order is incorrect, or notification was left for you to pick up your order and it was not.
We strongly recommend double checking your shipping details as non delivery due to incorrect shipping information will not entitle you to a free reship
Our cancellation policy:
- You may cancel your order before it is processed by emailing us immediately at [email protected]
- We cannot cancel or refund orders that have been shipped.
- If, at our discretion, an order is refunded after it has been shipped, the refund will be minus the $30 Handling & Shipping fee which we pay to a third party.
