Q: What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A: When approved, your order will be processed and shipped to you, generally with 24 hours (weekends may delay processing by 48 hours). Your order will include identifying information and information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. This information may be also found on our website and you can also contact us in case you have any further questions after you receive your order.
Q: What are your prescription policies?
A: RxPillsMd requires a copy of a valid prescription for any medication or treatment requiring one in your location. That valid prescription must be written by a licensed medical professional in the country that you are residing in. We can only fulfill orders without a prescription in countries where prescriptions are not required for a specific medication or treatment. After you have placed your order, you will need to scan your original prescription, together with your drivers license or another form of photo identification, and email them to [email protected] or fax them to 1 866 729 4247 making sure to clearly state your name and order number.
Once your prescription has been received, reviewed and approved, your order will be processed.
Q: From where do you ship from?
A: Unless otherwise stated, our orders are shipped from abroad by licensed pharmacies through a third party fulfillment partner. RxPillsMd is not a pharmacy but a referral service, and as such does not, and cannot, fulfill prescriptions directly.
Q: What Are Your Privacy & Security Policies?
A: We are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient like privilege laws. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud by using a third party billing processor - we have no access to your billing info.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept all credit cards with the Visa logo and Bank Transfers.

Q: What are your shipping rates and policies?
A: Once your order is approved, it will be processed and shipped. Shipping time is between 7-18 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive shipping information by auto mail as well as it appearing in your order information on the website.
You will be required to sign for delivery.
We do not offer overnight shipping at this stage.

If, at our discretion, your order is refunded after it has been shipped, you will receive a refund minus the $30 Handling & Shipping fee.
